Many of us are suffering from anxiety, stress and the deleterious effects of being isolated during these times of the Coronavirus pandemic? Corona literally means crown and this certainly seems to be the driving force ruling our world at the moment! You can’t escape it! All over the world we are being forced to change to the ‘new normal’. The world we once knew, sadly, has passed away.
All this uncertainty and change, of course, can have a serious detrimental effect on our mental health.
We need creativity, music and the arts like never before!
